Shipping & Pickup
- Standard (USPS): 7-10 business days
- Expedited: 3-5 business days
- Ground with Signature: 3-5 business days (recommended for electronics)
- International Shipping: Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and other international locations
- Note: Overnight shipping is not available.

Returns & Exchanges
General Merchandise Guidelines & Policies:
- Accepted within 30 days with receipt
- Clothing must be unworn with tags
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Electronics:
Opened electronics or software cannot be returned.
Online Order Returns:
- Return authorization required via email
- Receipt must be included
- Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect
