Shipping & Pickup

  • Standard (USPS): 7-10 business days
  • Expedited: 3-5 business days
  • Ground with Signature: 3-5 business days (recommended for electronics)
  • International Shipping: Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and other international locations
  • Note: Overnight shipping is not available.

In-Store Pickup:

Email notification will be sent when your order is ready.


Returns & Exchanges

General Merchandise Guidelines & Policies:

  • Accepted within 30 days with receipt
  • Clothing must be unworn with tags
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Electronics:

Opened electronics or software cannot be returned.

Online Order Returns:

  • Return authorization required via email
  • Receipt must be included
  • Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect
